To submit a Hard Copy:

To print out a paper copy application, refer to the bottom of this webpage. Fill out the application completely. Make sure to write your child's name at the top of each page you are submitting, including the other documents needed, such as the birth certificate and income documentation.       

Use one of the options below to submit your application:

• Scan and Email it to lacoffey@caldwellschools.com
• Drop off at the Preschool Readiness Center Office or at any elementary school.
• Mail it to Preschool Readiness Center, 332 Greenhaven Dr. NW, Lenoir NC 28645
