Fill out the application completely. Make sure to write your child's name at the top of each page you are submitting, including the other documents needed, such as the birth certificate and income documentation.       

Use one of the options below to submit your application:

  • Fax it to 828-757-0642
  • Scan and Email it to Preschool@caldwellschools.com
  • Drop off at the Preschool Readiness Center Office or at any elementary school.
  • Mail it to Preschool Readiness Center, 332 Greenhaven Dr. NW, Lenoir NC 28645
